Hello. I am looking at making a large purchase from a company in China.. I am trying to verify they are legitimate. But if they are not and I don't receive my item or it is not as described, is it difficult to get my money back? Thank you

As above and...
You may file a dispute for not as described or items not received.

You are responsible for return costs to china (although return shipping may be reimbursed through Return Shipping on Us) and consider whether you even want to deal with the possibility of returns to China if not as described before making the purchase.
Buyer's remorse is not covered by Purchase Protection (ie. didn't like, no longer want or need, don't fit, not as expected but materially as described, etc.) so you'll have to try and resolve it with the seller.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

You would have buyer protection if you used the send goods / services option or paid a money request or invoice or checkout on their website.
BUT I suggest you do some research on China sales as if the items arrive and they are tat then often if you WIN a dispute the cost to return the items TRACKABLE to prove delivery is sometimes very difficult AND very expensive.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
