I received an email from paypal that i have insufficient funds on my paypal account. It was an unauthorised transaction totalling around $70 with apple. I already spoke with the apple customer service whom told me that they will cancel the unauthorised payment and that i have to secure my account. But i can’t seem to find any way to contact paypal.
