Someone reached out to me on IG saying they were a offering to send me money because they won the lottery in Wisconsin (Manuel <removed>) I looked his name up and someone with that name did in fact win but why they want to send me money to my paypal acct is beyond me. I have not provided any information and I went ahead and changed my password and updated my security info and fingerprint and contacted PayPal with his information. Has anyone else had this happen
