I recently purchased a ring off of an instagram seller. She has a lot of followers and seems to be legit although when I received the ring today it is almost a size 10 when she said 7. I let her know and she asked me to send back the ring and she could resize it. Just wondering if there is anyway to cover myself here if I do send the ring back to her? I know she would like to avoid a refund and I would like the ring to actually fit but I do not want her to end up keeping the money and the item.
Do I open a case in the meantime until I get the resized ring back just to cover myself? Or maybe just get the refund all together since she seems to not be 100% on some info. Thank you!
