Hi everybody! My problem is not the biggest: I can't communicate with PayPal... I ordered an item from China, didn't get it, got the wrong item, and finally started a claim with Paypal. The seller company started pestering me with sob stories over e-mail, and I finally agreed to a full refund minus 5 bucks. A few days later (today) Paypal informs me that I'll get a full refund... But I can't find a way to tell PayPal about my accept of the sellers offer... What - if anything - should I do?
