Information regarding Flight ticket if get cancelled

hello i have booked a ticket from a online website Flugladen.de of türkisch airline. i have made the paymen via paypal. Now my concern is if the flight get cancelled because of corona/ or any other reason can i get my money back by opening the conflict?

That depends on many factors all listed in Paypals buyer protection policy for you to read so you can risk assess your transactions.
Legal (bottom right of Paypals pages) > user agreement > buyer protection.

However travel insurance would cover you.
