Indefinite Account Ban for No Reason

Dear those whom it may concern,

My account has been banned and I do not know why. The only thing I can think of is that I may have accidentally used the wrong id. I apologise if this is the case and assure you it was not on purpose. I have attempted to call PayPal and have been hung up on and have attempted to email them and have been told that there is an issue and the message cannot be sent. This is causing me quite a lot of worry, I am just trying to transfer a friend of mine money for a train ticket she bought me and a couple of my friends.

How can you upload wrong i.d?

You have a personal account presumably in your personal legal name and would upload your personal legal documents surely.

However........

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
