I have now tried 4 times to increase my limit by following the instructions and update my wallet. I am informed a 4 digit code will appear on my bank/card statement in a couple of days following but this never happens. All I get is reminder email from Paypal that I need to increase my sending limit !!! Now getting very frustrated.
