Hi guys, I've lost my wallet in Amsterdam and I'm stuck out here without any cash, I have money in my account but the only way I can get to it quickly is by paypal my mate, however I have reached my spending limit. I have tried to get a code via following the information paypal sends and also tried a few weeks ago however have not received anything. Any ideas? Please help
