Incorrect ruling in Resolution Centre

Hi,

I had a judgement ruled against me today in the resolution centre, the reason said the item had been delivered.

I have emails from the seller stating that there was an attempted delivery but the item had been returned to sender, also a message from the seller that I should bear half the cost, and yet Paypal without replying to me have ruled in favour of the seller and closed the case.

Is there any comeback on these decisions?
