Incorrect resolution

We have requested a refund because of goods that were sent from China and they were faulty, simply did not work.

we sent the goods back and copied the invoice to paypal for posting item via Royal Mail

we were then asked for proof of sending.

we replied that proof had already been uploaded (indeed we could access the jpeg and it is still available now)

we had another automated reply saying that the case was resolved and the refund would not be made because there was no proof of posting..

it is very very frustrating when you can only speak to a database - and it is getting it WRONG!!
