Hello, I hope someone can help. I sold an item to someone in Italy. I am in the UK. It was a large item that needed to be sent on a pallet. I did not organise or have anything to do with shipping. The customer organised this himself. Just to reiterate I had nothing to do with shipping in any way. The item has not been delivered and he has claed against me for non delivery. This has been repaid to him. I can't see how to appeal as the only options are to provide proof of delivery or prior refund. As said above I do not have any details other than the parcel labels that he sent via email. I do not see how it is correct to refund a customer for non delivery when the seller had no involvement with the courier service in any way. Any ideas please? Kind regards Gary
