Had a balance of £7.46
Transferred £31 to a friend so £23.54 was to deducted from the bank to make up balance.
Paypal deducted £31 from my bank but my balance on Paypal is now £0
Paypal have pocketed £7.46
Are they doing this to people people? Should I write to Martin Lewis to see if this is common practice?
