Incomplete order

I received a magic kit I ordered but it contained no instructions on how to use it. Pay Pal said the company sent my the product according to tracking number. That is true...BUT no instructions tends it useless. When I re contacted the company, the person responded saying it was a known problem.... No instructions were sent. I dont consider a product without instructions a complete order. I'm getting **bleep** here. Wi NEVER order from China again@, and my opinion of PAY PAL has dropped off considerably.

Paypal buyer protection is not a 100% coverall for everything.

An item has to be significantly other than as described to win a dispute, you ordered a magic kit and got one. If it didn't say magic kit with instructions then you can't prove they misdescribed it sadly.

If you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then see if your card issuer can help you with a chargeback?

Personally i don't order from China as its mostly cheap tat.
