I recently purchased an item from ebay which turned out to be faulty i.e didnt work. I opened up a resolution case with paypal who went in my favour and requested me to return the item to the seller on tracked mail so that I can obtain a refund. Unfortunately the address provided by paypal was just the name of the street and postcode, no sellers name or house number was given. Because of this lack of information I am unable to return the item. What should I do in this kind of situation?
