In need of help, community!

I have been using paypal since 2017 since I wanted to have a fast and hassle-free international payment transactions. However, 2 weeks ago, paypal notified me that they have limited my account from accessing my funds.

 

I continued to receive payments as I thought it would get resolved easily. I waited patiently because I have sent all the documents they were asking for to prove my transactions' legitimacy and I thought I'll get full access back in time for the payments I need to make. Until I realized it's been two weeks and I still get a generic response that it's still being reviewed. Plus my wallet had collected some couple of thousands that are supposed to be paid to my supplier. I don't now what to do now as my funds are on hold.

 

Does this happen often? What else can I do about it?
