In need of advice

Hi, I opened a resolution on 17/12/20 against SharkNinja for a hoover. The 20 day deadline ends tomorrow - 06/01/21 but Shark claim they have sent another which will be delvered tomorrow - 06/01/21. The tracking info states it is still in Germany. Do I escalate this problem to a claim, just in case it is false information, or leave it? Please help/advise, thank you.
