In dire need of some help!

Hello paypal community, I recently had a false claim made on me by an ebay buyer trying to keep both my money and the item I recently sold him, but I can't respond to the claim it only allows me to refund. I have the proof I need to close this case according to the paypal agent I just need the email of the paypal distribution team to show them the proof of my receipts so I can close and win this case. Any help would be fantastic as I'm extremely panicked.
