In a Huge a trouble

My account is limited. I did not add any bank account

My account is limited and they are asking me to confirm my identity 

The problem is this is a Malaysian account, and I am unable to change the country. Now I live in Canada and I am able to verify my identity with Canadian documents , but Paypal doesnt allow me to add any Canadian address

I cannot verify with Malaysian accounts because I was there only for few days, and not a Malaysian citizen. I have Bangladeshi Passport and now I have Canadian Visa card, Credit card, Student ID, Phone number

What should I do?

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.

You are supposed to withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts before you leave your old country. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved.
