called at 4:17. it's now 6:07 and NO ONE HAS RESOLVED MY ISSUE. i am still on hold!!! 2 hours to get $253 put back into my account which PAY PAL stole. i asked to speak to a supervisor and was put again on hold - this time it's bee over 18 minutes. these **bleep**ers do not want to help us. they stole money and refuse to replace it. they want me to dispute it with the merchant but the merchant delivered the products i purchased at the price i paid. PAYPAL took an extra payment from my account to pay them but I HAVE NO RECORD of that and cannot dispute it.
