Im not sure if im being scammed, what are your opinions?

So basically i have a sd who wants to send me money, but he said to complete the transaction it needs a 20€ global key.

I got really suspicious but im not 100 % sure because he actually seems legit, but why would i need a 20€ G2a gift key to finalize

his transaction??

Im curious what y'alls opinions on this situation are.
