I put random pictures for my driver licence and Centrelink payments when verifying my account, will something bad happen to my account.

Well if paypal find out they may ban your account.
Sending fake info to a legal financial account isn't a great idea really is it.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
