I lost my bag on Friday night. Cards etc cancelled Saturday. Kogan purchase Sunday nearly $2k. No, that was authorised activity end of story no more correspondence will be entered into. Who else has had this experience? On Tuesday, Kogan refunded the $2K which went back to PayPal. Still no help no acknowledgement. This was fraud.
