i received notifications on my mobile last monday (oct. 26) informing me about PayPal transactions being made with my debit card. i didn't make any such purchases and i didn't even register my debit card to my PayPal account since i don't use PayPal much.
i reported the issue with PayPal already they said that the transactions will be on hold together with the account that made the purchase, so will my card number. when i checked my bank account again a few days after, the amount was fully deducted. why did this happened when paypal specifically told me that it would be put on hold?
can someone help me please. PayPal's message center in not answering me anymore.
