I purchased tickets through an agency and they are refusing to refund due to COVID restrictions cancelling the tickets.
I wanted to check if I should open a dispute through paypal or go directly through my bank?
Ideally I'll go through my bank and chargeback but I wanted to check if there would be any issues with my paypal if i did so as I paid through paypal with the credit card.
