Hello.

I have a particular unique issue here.

I received an email yesterday requesting me to confirm my Identity by submission of some documents.

This morning I logged into my Paypal account and added a Visa card and verified it.

I received an email suggesting my withdrawal limit was lifted.

Do I still need to confirm my identity after verifying my card?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
