I was asked to 'confirm identify' in the website and completed all except one step - Officer Information.
When I click, I get a blank pop-out, nothing else. I think it's a technical glitch. Been over 2+ year.

Contacted PayPal via Chat and telephone 3 times in the last 24 months, and they gave me a place to submit documents: https://www.paypal.com/il/uploaddoc
I did so but never heard back since. My account is frozen can't use it at all.
Anyone else have the same problem and know when to get this resolved?
