How can I find out the IP address of charges being made to my account? I've tried to ask Technical Support and they tell me I cannot have that information even though someone was trying to make charges on MY account. I assume law enforcement could subpoena but that process is very long. I'm trying to get this stopped now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
