Hello PayPal community,

I sent my documents last week for account verification yet I have received another email requesting me to verify. When I click the link for verification, it says that i have already submitted the required documents. The 2-3 business days has ended yet I haven't received any response.

Everything is taking longer at the moment including payment releases / disputes / refunds / withdrawals etc as Paypal is working with reduced staff and in difficult circumstances due to covid, hope you get it reviewed soon.
