Hi, I am paid into my paypal account for my job. I recently was unable to purchase something through Ebay and it said I needed to add an ID to my Paypal account to remove a temporary limitation. However, when I log into my account, I see nothing about a temporary limitation or anywhere to actually submit photo ID. I think it's legitimate considering I cannot purchase anything through Ebay with my Paypal. Please advise me how to fix this if anyone knows.
