ID and address confirmation

Hello everyone, I actually can't understand this kind of behavior from a "respected" company such as PayPal, around a week ago they sent me a message telling me to provide ID and address confirmation or they're going to apply limitations on my account, so I did and sent the documents around a week ago, the limitations will take effect today and they still didn't respond and solve my issue yet. What's this kind of behaviors!? Have anyone else faced this problem before. I think their acts are so rude and I will find another way for my online payments shortly... Any recommendations guys?
