I won my dispute but seller using return address 'loophole' in Dispute process

I have won my PayPal dispute. I was shipped worthless fake junk from a shop advertised as being London based and the product was shipped from UK via Hermes. I continually asked for a Uk address during the dispute process and only got offers ranging from 'give it to friends' to 40%.

Now I am stuck. Because PayPal found in my favour, the seller has been required to accept a return and provided an address in China (expensive to ship to tracked) and when I investigated that address I found various versions of it with various zip codes which relate to various parts of the city (found on on scam reviews). There is no recipient, and the first line is in Chinese and just states the region in China!

My only choice in the PayPal dispute process is to fill in the tracking number and shipper and there is no way of telling PayPal the seller is exploiting a loophole. Why would they want worthless junk back and have to return my money and shipping to China is a great deterrent!

The only option the web based dispute process now gives me is to provide full tracking data to teh seller!!!! I want an option to escalate this or my case will close automatically if I dont provide tracking - which is presumably what the seller wants. PayPal messaging has not responded to various pleas for many days. Any experience on this or advice? Thanks in advance.

In the event of a dispute you need to bear in mind possible return trackable costs before you buy from that seller / item / country because........

Paypal state this >>
PayPal is not obliged to reimburse you for any costs that you incur to comply with any of PayPal’s requests for cooperation for the purpose of resolving the problem (including, without limitation, costs that you incur to return a SNAD item to the Payment Recipient or another party as PayPal requests), although sometimes it may reimburse these costs.

Although they will compensate you for some of the cost if you have activated this at some point before you made that transaction.

You also have the option to do a chargeback via your card issuer instead of a Paypal dispute if you funded your Paypal payment via a credit card.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
