Hello all, I'm going to cut right to the chase Basically a few months back I sold an item on eBay. Somebody bought it, knowing I set a "no refunds" rule on the sale. Anyway they received the item and told me it was in great condition and gave me good feedback. It was recently then, out of nowhere with no warning they requested a refund on PayPal itself. We told PayPal how we never received the item back and said no refunds in the first place-- but our claims were seemingly ignored as the refund went through and we were also given a fee, as well as an account suspension or something (forgive me I forget the correct term). Anyway, I attempted contacting the person about this and they claimed to have deleted their PayPal long ago and told me there was nothing they could do about it. Is this at all fixable? Or am I just **bleep**? It doesn't matter to me too much, I'm just upset PayPal let this happen and didn't do a thing to stop it.
