I was scammed and sent a complete wrong item. I informed PayPal and the resolution center said return the items by tomorrow. The address they gave me is all in Chinese!! No one can help me ship and they said it would be at least $200 to ship to China!! PayPal won’t return my $ and I was scammed. I thought PayPal is supposed to help?!? What do I do?
