I was maybe scammed need help

So I sent this person 235$ for a pair of headphones and then it ended up getting refunded they claim they had nothing to do with the refund and are saying that maybe PayPal initiated it is it even possible for PayPal to do that? I can provide more info about the situation upon request

So go buy the item elsewhere.
