I'm sorry to hear you're running into some unauthorized activity. If you need to report any unrecognized activity through your PayPal account, you can do so through our Resolution Center. You can also reach Customer Support by clicking Contact and then Message Us at the bottom of the PayPal website. They're also available through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.
