I was a fraud victim

I had a charge on my Paypal that I did not make, it was total fraud. I notified Paypal immediately when I received the email of the "purchase". I went to the Resolution Center figuring that Paypal would have my back. They didn't. Is this really how Paypal handles fraud?

As we have no details only you and paypal have all the facts then sorry no idea.
