I want to lift my paypal limits per day

 I have linked my account to a prepaid card but I have on my PayPal about $50 I want to buy a membership on upwork.com but the transaction failed, there is no any way to lift my limits without link my PayPal with a bank account.

You need to link a Visa card (debit card associate with bank account or credit card) issued in Egypt. A prepaid card by itself probably won't work.
