dear sir/ madem. I have buy a drone from ebay. I have pay it. But the seller did't ship it. The ebay is removed that seller from ebay. Then i have contact the ebay they said the seller is naru.. So i have open a case for this and i tald to seller i have opened a case in paypal. He said he ship it. But no tracking number or est delivery date. After one day he tald me he can refund my money. todo that you want to cancle the case. So i have cancle it but he did't ship it i have pay for it on 6th september. I have contact the seller with email but the email also fake one. i have not recive my order yet now i can't reopen a case for this . What i want to do to get my refund back pls help me
