I am also trying to close a dispute. I found I was in error. There is no place on the bottom of the page that that I can Mark as resolved - nothing. I have tried calling and get a recording that I have no open disputes, I have tried chatting - that was useless. I found another set of instructions saying I need to send an email through the credit choice. I doubt that will get anywhere. How can I close a dispute?
