I want to cancel a payment I didn't make

I subscribed to a website a week or 2 ago. I chose the 12-week plan. They charged me and everything was fine. However, today I got a notification saying they charged me again while I haven't purchased any of their package yet and I'm sure it's not the same subscription package I chose. 

 

I panicked and filed this as "unauthorized transaction", but I'm starting to worry if that was wrong. I have cancelled my subscription with this website, but I want to get a refund from the latest payment I didn't make.
