I want to ask about dispute escalating

Dear PayPal,

As you can see in my account, I have opened a dispute for the case of a drone delivery on 26_05_2019.

On the terms I saw that I can make a claim for financial remuneration to PayPal until 02_12_2019. Kindly confirm that this is correct.

If you have opened a dispute, you have up to 20 days to escalate the dispute to a claim.
