If your account was permanently limited then you can't close it.
Paypal limits it to stop you trying to open a new account with the information from that limited account as it would be against their rules to open another account.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
I have same problem...but can't close my account when it will close...or any limitations days after I will try to get better solution (close my account)
