I've lost 350$

I provided a digital service on Instagram i.e boosting his Instagram page with shoutouts and promotions and basically running a whole campaign for his page for two whole weeks, in which I invested from my end too, the follower count of the customer also increased from 15k to 20k as promised. Then after a few days, the customer applied for the refund and won the case. This is a huge loss for me as I invested money from my end too in that campaign, I am a victim of fraud here and the case is closed in favour of the scammer. What can I do in this situation?
