My name is Timjr, I am from Kazakhstan.
My account recently got some limitations (for no reason). The system asked me to upload ID card. I did it successfully. Then the system asked me to verify my bank card... I did everything in accordance with instructions - and still FAIL! For some reason system doesnt accept my files (it is in the needed extension and size).
Also, for some reaason, I can't confirm my mobile number. The system simply doesn't send me a verification code...
Apparently, there must be some technical nuances..., that's why I NEED SOMEONE (a human, not a bot!) FROM THE PayPal COMPANY TO RESOLVE MY ISSUES.
