I've been scammed...

I purchased an item thru an Instagram ad and sent payment to: <removed>

I received 2 bags of powder. Not what I ordered. When I google the address it came from, it is very clearly a scam: https://www.signal-arnaques.com/en/scam/view/306397

Paypal has denied my claim within just a few hours so it was clearly not properly reviewed. What other recourse do I have?

I didnt understand the questions. I believe I submitted as unauthorized but meant to submit as not as described.

Good luck with that.  I was scammed by a chinese company on a purchase, and Paypal took their side so fast it made my head spin.  unbelievable.  Just waiting until all my pending transactions clear so I can cancel my membership and look for a company more interested in protecting their members than protecting the scammers
