So this girl had an Instagram page designerinspiredhearts I ordered shoes a cap and an outfit out her she said 3-5 days for order I’m now waiting two weeks I messaged her numerous of times and then she deleted her Instagram , so I’ve been emailing her and she will not respond help!!! What do I do next ? I payed her threw pay pal she told me to pay as friends and family ? Is there any way of getting my money back or have I been scammed ,
