I ordered bookends, they were shipped from China. Only ONE of the two bookends were shipped, and the quality was HORRIBLE. Obviously a scam, the photo of the product was not at all what was shipped. Anyways, PayPal says I need to return the item AT MY OWN COST to CHINA in order to receive a refund. THEY DIDNT EVEN SEND WHAT I ORDERED!!! The shipping cost is the same as the cost of the product....thats silly. So basically, PayPal has no solution for me, or any customer. They encourage these companies to scam their own customers, than provide no support to the actual PayPal customer??? Who else deals with this same thing?
