I am currently involved in a dispute and the seller has agreed to refund my entire purchase if I return the merchandise; however, the address provided is written in CHINESE and the USPS cannot return it as written. I have a inkling these scammers know what they're doing and this was on purpose because they've done it so many times before. Where do I turn?
