I upgraded my personal account to a business account and it won't let me log in

Hello! My account was limited a few weeks or so ago, and even after contacting the help center and reaching out on social media, all I have received is automated messages of no help AT ALL. Today, I tried to upgrade my personal account to a business account (since it has a few hundred dollars in it, and as a student, that's a lot), but now it won't let me log in to my new business account? Help?
